Jason LeVecke

Jason LeVecke is the founder of Lincoln, Berry & Co., a beverage alcohol sales and market development firm. He was previously Chief Commercial Officer of LeVecke Beverage Group, a large independent producer and bottler of distilled spirits, where he was Chief Commercial Officer overseeing owned brands, private label and contract production. Before that he spent fourteen years as co-founder and chief executive of a Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s franchise organization that reached more than 200 restaurants in seven states and 4,000 employees, which he led through a Chapter 11 reorganization in 2015. During his tenure, his peers elected him president of the Carl’s Jr. Franchisee Association. Between 2007 and 2010 he led Arizona Employers for Immigration Reform and co-founded Wake Up Arizona in opposition to the state’s employer sanctions law, work covered at the time by the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, CNN, National Review and Reason. He and his family also anonymously funded the early years of the racial profiling case against Sheriff Joe Arpaio, reported in Driving While Brown. He served five years in the Marine Corps as a cryptologic Arabic linguist. He resides with his family in Oceanside, California. Read the full chronology.
